By accessing or placing an order through PaperFunTinker.cyou ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

2. Products and Orders

All kits and products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Product photographs are representative of the kit's contents and aesthetic. Minor variations in paper colour, texture, or included materials may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable product costs. Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment processor. PaperFunTinker.cyou does not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and region. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched. Free shipping applies to orders over $45 within the contiguous US.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind our kits. If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Opened kits where the issue is not related to damage or defect are non-refundable. Subscription boxes that have been shipped cannot be cancelled mid-cycle.

6. Subscriptions

Monthly Tinker Box subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date through your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on already-billed subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including illustrations, kit designs, guide booklets, photography, brand assets, and written materials — is the intellectual property of PaperFunTinker.cyou and its creators. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content without written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

By sharing photos or feedback tagged with our brand or submitted to us, you grant PaperFunTinker.cyou a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in our marketing. We will always credit you. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

PaperFunTinker.cyou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chittenden County, Vermont.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
