PaperFunTinker is a place for curious, kind, and creative people. These guidelines help us keep it that way for everyone — beginners, seasoned makers, parents, and teachers alike.
Be Creative, Not Competitive
We celebrate all skill levels here. Whether your crane looks a little crumpled or it's museum-worthy — share it proudly. This is a space for joy, not comparison.
Be Kind, Always
Respectful, encouraging language only. Criticism should be constructive and invited. Harassment, bullying, or dismissive comments will not be tolerated.
Share Honestly
When sharing your makes, credit the kit or technique you used. Don't claim other makers' work as your own. Authentic sharing builds real community.
Kid-Friendly Space
Many of our makers are children or families. All content shared in community spaces should be appropriate for all ages. Keep it wholesome.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
Don't use community channels to sell third-party products, drop affiliate links, or advertise services unless you have explicit permission from our team.
Respect the Materials
We care about sustainability. Sharing tips on repurposing, recycling, or responsibly using kit materials is encouraged. Waste-shaming is not.
Protect Privacy
Do not share personal contact information — yours or others'. Do not photograph other people's homes or children without consent.
Report, Don't Retaliate
If you see behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at [email protected] rather than responding with hostility. We take reports seriously.
